Terms & Conditions – Oceanic Adventures

1. Certification & Health: All divers must present valid certification and confirm they are in good health. A medical form may be required.
2. Safety First: Divers must follow the instructions of dive staff at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in exclusion without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dive are non-refundable.
4. Equipment Care: Rented gear must be returned in good condition. Damaged or lost equipment may incur charges.
5. Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule dives due to weather or safety concerns.
6. Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before diving.
